Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Karen Collier Careers.

Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our sincerest wishes for a full recovery. And we’re truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

Richard and I are working from the Karen Collier Careers office, which was already situated in the grounds of our home, and we continue to deliver the highest levels of performance and availability. Most of you will know that I finished my cancer treatment in June last year, so this means that I have received a government letter as someone who is at high risk, and consequently, I will be working in our office for a total of 12 weeks. Therefore I will continue to work with our clients through digital channels, as most of your know that I like to engage face to face with my clients, as I will sadly be postponing my in-person meetings.

While all our companies are in unfamiliar territory, Karen Collier Careers was built to handle moments like this, as we started our business in a recession in 2009, and our relentless commitment to your success is stronger than ever. Our company was founded on core values — trust, reliability, loyalty, and service to others — and our values are solid and continue to influence everything we do.

I have recently spoken to other clients on how they are leading the workforce, and I will be assisting all of our clients with ideas about how to manage the crisis. I will also be sharing with you carefully selected external webinars or fashion news, which I think may help your business to move forward in the current situation.
