Our professional reputation in successfully placing people in the right positions means that we attract interest from high caliber contractors and candidates. We’ll take time to put together the right brief for each role, and really understand our client’s business needs and company culture. In every case, we’re looking for the perfect fit: someone who will excel in the job and make a difference to our clients business, then by the time a client meets with the carefully chosen candidates, whom we have selected for a role; the candidate has already been carefully matched.
We only send a small number of carefully selected candidates for each role rather than a pile of CVs for clients to sift through. On permanent roles, the efficiency standard we aim to reach is a ratio of 3:1 – for every three candidate CVs you see, you’ll make an offer to one of them. For temporary roles we work to 2:1, but more often than not we reach 1:1 and quite a few of our contractors will get offered temp to perm roles, as they become a valued member of the team.

Candidate service is as important to us as client service, so each of those selected to join our talent pool is looked after with the same great service we offer our clients.
